Driver Youth Trust: the first ten years
Driver Youth Trust is delighted to present ‘Driver Youth Trust: the first ten years‘, a special, commemorative book celebrating the work and successes of DYT over the past ten years.
Driver Youth Trust was created in 2009 by one couple who understood on a personal level the challenges faced by children with literacy difficulties. Sarah and Mark Driver founded DYT to ensure every young person in the UK receives an education which is responsive to their literacy needs.
Ten years later, and with over 10,000 teachers trained, DYT has matured from a grant-giving fund to a national charity that develops programmes, conducts research, supports schools and influences policy.
To celebrate this extraordinary milestone, DYT has commissioned a book to chart the breadth of work over a decade to transform provision of learners with literacy difficulties up and down the country. This is DYT’s story.
